Nairn Street Overpass
Emergency crews responded to a collision on top of the Nairn Street overpass around 11:30 pm Saturday night, March 13, 2021.
A dark mini-van had rear-ended a second vehicle causing significant damage to both vehicles. A number of people were assessed on scene by paramedics but no one required hospitalization.
Firefighters cleaned up the debris on the roadway before both vehicles were towed away.
Harold Avenue East
Just over an hour later emergency responders were call to the scene of a collision on Harold Avenue East.
The driver’s side rear of both vehicles was damaged in the collision after a pickup truck crashed into a parked vehicle. Both vehicles suffered major damage.
The driver appeared disoriented after the collision. He was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
Police continue to investigate both collisions.
