Two suspects wanted in the killing of Anthony Sinclair

Winnipeg police are looking for two suspects in the murder of 35-year-old Anthony James Sinclair of Winnipeg on December 9, 2021.

Police say the victim had been shot near the intersection of Stella Avenue and McGregor Street. He was taken to hospital with critical injuries but died shortly afterwards.

Arrest warrants have been issued for two individuals.

Police are looking for information on the whereabouts of 23-year-old Alex Arumeul Genaille and 22-year-old Thunder Lightning Fontaine. Both have arrest warrants out for them for Second Degree Murder.

Genaille is described as 5’6″ tall, weighing 217 lbs.

Thunder Lightning FONTAINE (Submitted | Winnipeg Police Service)

Fontaine is described as 5’8″ tall weighing 176 lbs.

Both men should be considered armed and dangerous. They should not be approached. Anyone with information on where they are is asked to call (204) 986-6508, 911 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-8477.
