Winnipeg Police have arrested two adult females for the killing of 25-year-old Shaylnne Marie Hunter.
Hunter was found at a home on Simcoe Street suffering from serious stab wounds when police arrived early Saturday morning, May 25, 2019. She was taken to hospital in critical condition but died shortly afterwards.
On Tuesday May 28, 2019, investigators tracked down the two suspects they had identified and placed them under arrest.
Diane Tamera King, 18 and Tasha Laquette, 22, both from Winnipeg have been charged for their alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder.
They were both detained in custody.
