Two southbound lanes of the St. James Bridge will be temporarily closed beginning at 6:00 am on Thursday, November 11, 2021, for bridge maintenance.
According to the city, the median lane that exits onto Academy Road will remain open. There will be no direct access to Kenaston Boulevard from the bridge.
The bridge is scheduled to reopen at 6: 00 am on Monday, November 15, 2021.
Motorists are advised to find alternate routes such as the Maryland or Moray bridges.
