Winnipeg Police say no arrests have been made in connection to two serious assaults at a Winnipeg Transit shelter on Portage Avenue at Edmonton Street.

Around 9:30 pm officers were called to the shelter and found a 19-year-old male and a 50-year-old female had been seriously assaulted. Police administered first-aid while they waited for paramedics. Both were taken to hospital in unstable condition but later upgraded to stable
