Westbound Portage Avenue was closed in the area of School Road Sunday morning, September 29, 2019 so police could investigate a pedestrian/vehicle collision.
It happened around 6:00 am. Two pedestrians were struck by the vehicle and were taken to hospital for medical treatment. Their current condition is not known.
Traffic was diverted for several hours while officers from the Traffic Division investigated.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene.
