The province announced on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, that there are two more COVID-19 testing sites opening this week.
A new drive-up site at the University of Manitoba will open on Sunday, Nov. 8 and will operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
On Thursday, November 5, a new site will begin operating in Winkler. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday noon to 8:00 pm and Monday, Wednesday Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tests in Winkler are on a first-come, first-served basis.
The new Winnipeg site is expected to be able to take 400 tests per day by December. Winkler will be able to take up to 120 tests per day.
