The Winnipeg Police Service Major Crimes Unit is investigating after two males were brought to hospital suffering from gunshot wounds.

Police say they were called to the hospital around 5:30 am on Saturday, April 24, 2021. One of the victims was critically injured and the other male was treated and released.

Investigators say they have limited information at this point in the investigation but believe the pair had been shot while in a vehicle in the North End of the city.
