RCMP have two men in custody following a violent attack on a third male Monday morning, October 28, 2019.
Police say that they received a number of calls about a truck that had stopped in a Manitoba Avenue parking lot. Two men got out of the truck and pulled the third male out and began assaulting him violently.
Eventually, the suspects left the victim on the ground and fled in the truck. Witnesses told police the rear tire on the truck was flat and the truck was riding on the rim.
Officers located the truck and suspects a few blocks away. The suspects were in the process of changing the tire when officers placed them under arrest.
22-year-old Nolan Walker and Tyson Parker age 20 were charged for their alleged involvement with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Robbery. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.
