Winnipeg Police executed a search warrant on Sunday evening on Isabel Street at McDermot Avenue on Sunday evening, August 29, 2021.
Officers closed Isabel in both directions between McDermot and Notre Dame Avenues while they were on site. The Tactical Support Team’s armoured vehicle was also on scene.

Police say two people were taken into custody and a number of items were seized during the search including:
- an SKS rifle with a tampered serial number and a high capacity magazine containing ammunition
- various other types of ammunition
- 2.48 grams of cocaine (estimated street value of $250)
29-year-old Lisa Marie Linklater and 39-year-old Tanis April Rudolf both face number of weapons and failure to comply offences. Linklater also id facing a drug charge.
Both accused were detained in custody.
