Two dead in Cross Lake First Nation house fire

RCMP and the Office of the Fire Commissioner are investigating after two people died in a house fire on Cross Lake First Nation early this morning, September 3, 2020.

Around 3:55 am RCMP responded to the blaze that was well-involved.

After firefighters extinguished the flames a search of the home located the bodies of two adults.

Police say that four people where in the structure when the fire started. The two other invividuals were able to safely get of the burning building.
