Winnipeg Police Service Major Crimes Unit have arrested and charged two men in connection to the April 12, 2022 killing of 28-year-old Brandon David Thomas Richard of St. Norbert.
Richard had been shot in the 1600 block of Burrows Ave before being dropped off at the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Mario Nippi and Fransisco Flett, both 23-years-old were charged for their alleged involvement with First Degree Murder.
Both accused have been detained in custody.
