After receiving reports of a family dispute and a possible weapon in the home police blocked off a section of Balmoral Street between Broadway and St. Mary Avenue around 8:00 am Thursday, September 28, 2017.
Multiple police units including members of the Tactical Support Team were involved in the incident
A 25-year-old man, a 29-year-old woman, a 24-year-old woman and a 26-year-old woman all face weapon charges. The 26-year-old was released on a promise to appear the rest were detained by police.
