Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to fire in the 300 block of Elgin Avenue at 1:47 am on Saturday, August 13, 2022.
Thick black smoke could be seen for blocks as emergency crews made their way to the blaze.
When firefighters arrived on the scene they found a moving truck fully engulfed in flames. The truck was parked under a canopy attached to a warehouse. An offensive attack was launched and the fire was brought under control just after 2:00 am.

The fire was contained to the truck and the outside of the building.
No injuries were reported
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
