A 28-year-old male is in custody after police made a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle on Tuesday evening, November 9, 2021.
According to police the traffic stop happened at Kennedy Street and Cumberland Avenue. The driver was the only occupant in the vehicle and a search uncovered a loaded zip-gun and prohibited bear spray.
Charles Roger Knott was charged for his alleged involvement with Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon Knowing its Unauthorized, Possession of a Weapon, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 and three counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
