Police have identified the make, model and colour of the vehicle that may have been involved in the hit and run on Sunday, September 24, 2017.

As News 4 told you on Sunday a 43-year-old male was taken to hospital in critical condition after emergency crews found him lying in the middle of the road at Talbot Avenue and Panet Road.

Police are looking for a 2011 or newer Blue Dodge Grand Caravan that will have obvious front-end damage on the passenger side.
