A weak tornado was caught on video by Rob Radcliffe just west of Elgin and south of Hartney MB.
The funnel cloud touched the ground for 2 to 3 minutes around 3:00 on Friday.
Environment Canada confirmed the formation and had put an advisory out that funnel clouds could develop in that part of the province. The advisory has now ended.
