With temperatures in Winnipeg well below the norms it is hard to believe that Spring is just around the corner. Every year at this time we get to collectively lose an hours sleep as we adjust our time keeping devices one hour forward.
At 2:00 am Sunday morning it’s time to roll the clocks forward to 3:00 am beginning Daylight Savings Time in Manitoba.
Under The Official Time Act, daylight saving time begins on the second Sunday in March and continues until the first Sunday in November.
