Spring is quickly approaching which means it is once again time to change your clocks.
At 2:00 am Sunday morning, March 14, 2021, daylight saving time begins once again across most places in North America including Manitoba. That means you need to move your clocks forward by one hour.
Officially under The Official Time Act, daylight saving time begins on the second Sunday in March and continues until the first Sunday in November.
Time change is also a great reminder to check the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms and also test them to ensure they are working properly to keep you and your family safe.
