Winnipeg Police Service homicide detectives have arrested and charged three people in connection to the July 3, 2022, fatal shooting of 59-year-old Salah Falah Hasan in the Parc La Salle neighbourhood of St. Norbert.
Police were called to a residence in the 200 block of Houde Drive around 3:00 am and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to hospital in critical condition but did not survive his injuries.
On September 20, 2022, three suspects were arrested. Police believe that one of the suspects was known to the victim. They say that all three suspects went to the victim’s home together where the victim was fatally shot.
Mohanad Alzreik, 26, Jeffrey William Frame, 42 and David Grant Wall, 38 were all charged for their alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder. Frame was also charged with Possession of Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Weapon or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order.
All three accused were detained in custody
