Three busted in Pembina Highway liquor mart robbery

Three suspects are in custody after they allegedly robbed a Manitoba Liquor Mart on Pembina Highway at Southwood Avenue Wednesday evening around 7:30 pm

Two males and one female walked into the outlet and stole a number of liquor bottles say police. One of the suspects threatened staff with an unknown object before exiting the store.

The suspects were located by police within a few blocks of the robbery. The same suspect who brandished an item at store staff was taken into custody after officers were forced to use a taser on them.

Douglas Joseph Parisien, 30, Neldon Owen, 22 and Crystal Fontaine, 44 are all facing charges of Robbery for their alleged involvement. Parisien was also charged with Fail to Comply with Probation Order.

All three suspects were detained in custody.
