On Monday, June 8, 2020, the City of Winnipeg will be opening three libraries, Millennium, Henderson and Pembina Trails, for holds pick-up service.
Holds pick-up service will be the only service offered at the facilities and only on a trial basis so that the city can ensure a safe, phased reopening.
Library users will not be able to return items or enter the branches to browse collections.
Hours for the pick-up service is as follows:
Millennium – Monday to Friday !0:00 am until 3:00 pm
Henderson & Pembina Trails – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and on Thursday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
None of the branches will be open on the weekends.
The city expects to expand library services in phase two sometime in July.
