Three alleged robbers are facing charges after the robbery of a convenience store on Henderson Highway.
Police say that just before 6:00 am on January 1, 2020, three males walked into the store and stole a number of items before fleeing. While in the store one of the suspects threatened to shoot an employee with a gun.
The K-9 Unit was called in and the Police Service Dog was able to track the suspects to a home on Chalmers Avenue.
Two 18-year-old males and a 16-year-old male were taken into custody.
Skylar Alexander James Cook, 18 from Winnipeg has been charged for his alleged involvement with Robbery, Fail to Comply Sentence, Fail to Comply with Condition of Undertaking.
The 16-year-old male has been charged for his alleged involvement with Robbery and Fail to Comply Release Order (x4)
The other 18-year-old male was not identified by police. He faces a single charge of Robbery for his alleged involvement.
