On Thursday April 27, 2017 just before 6:15 am police received reports of shots fired at a home in the 600 block of Government Avenue. When police arrived they confirmed that a number of gun shots had been fired at the residence.

As officers investigated they discovered that a dispute between two groups of people in the 400 block of Bowman Avenue had happened prior to the shooting. Uniformed officers, including tactical unit members were able to arrest a  number of people in the home and take them into custody.

Addan Hector Andino-Lopez, 21 and Jarrett Michael Stevens, 20 were arrested at that time.

The next day, April 28th the Major Crimes Unit arrested 19 year old Mathew Boyd Hudson in relation to the incident. Two firearms were recovered.

The three accused are facing a number of charges including firearms offences for their alleged involvement.

Three men remain in custody.
