Three teens in Thompson are facing charges of Aggravated Assault after they allegedly stabbed a 26-year-old man multiple times.

RCMP say that around 9:30 pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, police were called to Princeton Drive in the community for the report of an injured male. Officers found the victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was taken to hospital in serious condition but has since been upgraded to stable.

Witnesses told police that three suspects fled to a nearby home. Officers went to the home and arrested a 16, 15 and 14-year-old youth.

The trio remains in police custody.
