The third request for doctor-assisted suicide will be heard in court on Monday May 30.

According to the application to the court the applicant is a woman who is mentally capable to make a decision about doctor-assisted death but may not be physically capable without help.

Under the current laws in place a judge must hear each application from a terminally ill person and weigh it against a set of criteria.
