Thieves break into compound, steal tools and vehicles

Winnipeg Police are looking for those responsible for a break-in at a commercial compound in the 1300 block of Pacific Avenue.

Police say that in the early hours of Thursday, September 13, 2018, a locked compound was entered and thieves stole a number of tools and three vehicles.

One of the vehicles, a generator truck, is primarily used in the film and television industry. The white 2013 Dodge Ram flatbed with a large commercial generator on the back had a Manitoba licence plate CGX415. The truck and generator also have corportate logo’s on the sides.

Police are looking for suspect(s) who broke into a compound and stole this commercial generator truck on Thursday, September 13, 2018 (WPS)

Two other vehicles were also taken during the break-in.

A 2000 BMW model 323, silver in colour. No licence plate.
A 2017 GMC C/R 3500 cube van, white in colour, bearing Manitoba licence HUC957.
