A 27-year-old male accused of theft is behind bars after a rash of thefts involving high-end fragrances and sunglasses worth more than $30,000.
Police say that the fragrances were stolen from various drug stores in the city in 11 different instances. The sunglasses were stolen from an optical retailer on three different occasions.
Steven Mitchell Rogoski was arrested on March 24, 2022, and charged for his alleged involvement with fourteen counts of Theft Under, Carry Concealed Weapon and Fail to Comply with probation Order.
