The pedestrian involved in a collision with a vehicle on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, has died from their injuries.
As News 4 reported on Tuesday the collision happened around 6:30 am near Lagimodiere Boulevard and Maginot Street. The male victim in his mid-twenties was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Police were on scene for several hours investigating the collision. Southbound traffic was rerouted until the area reopened around 11:30 am.
Police said that they have spoken to the driver of the vehicle as part of their investigation.
