Winnipeg announced two road closures over the next week.
Beginning 9:00 am Monday, August 22, and continuing until 3:00 pm Saturday, September 3, 2022, westbound River Road from Settlers Road to St. Mary’s Road will be closed to traffic for road construction.
Edmonton Street from Graham Avenue to Portage Avenue will be closed to traffic and pedestrians for the Manitoba Possible Drop Zone charity event on Tuesday, August 23, from 6:00 am until 8:00 pm.
Winnipeg Transit will be rerouted during the closures.
