On Friday, July 23, 2021, the City of Winnipeg announced two temporary road closures beginning this weekend.
King Edward Street
Southbound King Edward Street will be closed between Selkirk Avenue and Logan Avenue starting at 5:00 am on Saturday, July 24 until 5:00 pm on Sunday July 25 so that crews can work on sewer repairs.
Shaftsbury Boulevard
Shaftsbury Boulevard will be closed beginning Sunday July 25 at 8:00 am until Friday July 30, 2021, so that crews can work on road construction.
In both closures pedestrian access will be maintained.
