The City of Winnipeg announced several temporary road closures that over the next few days.

Selkirk Avenue

Selkirk Avenue will be closed for the sākihiwē festival beginning at 12:01 am Saturday, June 25 until 11:59 pm on Sunday June 26.

The road will be closed in both directions from Andrews Street to Salter Street.

Ellice Avenue

Ellice Avenue from Sherbrook Street to Langside Street will be closed at 5:00 am on Saturday, June 25 until 8:00 pm on Sunday, June 26 for the Ellice Street Festival.

Vaughan Street

Northbound Vaughan Street will be closed rom York Avenue to St. Mary Avenue as of 6:00 am on Saturday, June 25 and reopen at 6:00 pm on Sunday June 26 for construction of an area building.

Princess Street

Princess Street will be closed from Higgins Avenue to Pacific Avenue on Tuesday, June 28 at 6:30 pm until 6:00 am on Wednesday, June 29 for a film production.

Winnipeg Transit will be rerouted during the closures.
