RCMP say that around 2:30 pm on Monday, July 6, 2020, officers were called to a collision on Highway 1 at the intersection of Highway 26.
According to police an eastbound vehicle was turning north onto Highway 26 when it entered the intersection and was hit by a westbound vehicle.

The driver of the eastbound vehicle, a 36-year-old female, along with two female passengers aged 10 and 13 were injured in the crash.
The 44-year-old male driver of the westbound vehicle was also sustained minor injuries which were treated at the scene.
The 36-year-old female and 10-year-old female were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The 13-year-old female died at the scene of the collision.
Investigators say that alcohol was not a factor in the collision and everyone was wearing a seatbelt.
Police continue to investigate.
