A 15-year-old Winnipeg male has been arrested in connection to the August 2023, homicide of a teen.
Police say that the accused sold the gun to a 16-year-old male who allegedly used it to shoot the victim. The shooter was previously charged with Manslaughter.
Investigators charged the accused with selling the gun used to commit the fatal shooting. He was detained in custody.
