Less than 15 hours after it began, the labour dispute at CP Rail is over.
The Teamsters (TCRC) who represent more than 3,000 conductors and locomotive engineers and the company reached a four-year tentative agreement earlier today.

“This is a positive result for our TCRC employees and their families, the 12,000-strong CP family, our customers and the entire Canadian economy,” said Keith Creel, CP President and CEO.
Union members still need to ratify the new agreement in the coming days.
