8 year old boy approached by man two days in a row
Police have questioned an 8 year old boy about an incident that happened earlier this week in the Valley Gardens area of Winnipeg. According to the boy he was approached by a lone male two days in a row while walking to school.
The man is described as middle aged, East Indian, wearing a turban with a small build and facial stubble. He was driving a Blcak Ford Windstar van.
