RCMP are investigating what they are describing as a ‘suspicious death’ near Oak River, Manitoba.
Police say that on Monday, February 26, 2018, they received a report about a female found in a ditch along Provincial Road 354 just south of Oak River.

The 40-year-old woman was unresponsive and taken to hospital. She was pronounced dead.
RCMP Major Crime Services and RCMP Forensic Identification Services are assisting with the ongoing investigation.
