Winnipeg Police are investigating a suspicious death after a male was found near the rail line in the 1000 block of Selkirk Avenue this morning, April 18, 2019.
Investigators were called to the scene around 3:10 am and located the victim who had been seriously assaulted.
The man was taken to hospital in critical condition but did not survive his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
