Winnipeg Police have obtained a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Second Degree Murder for 28-year-old Christian James Bruce.
Bruce is alleged to have shot and killed 24-year-old Vincent Scott Ross on Monday March 16, 2020 at a multi-suite residence on College Avenue.
Police describe Bruce as Indigenous in appearance, 59 in height, approximately 146 lbs in weight and has a medium build. He has brown eyes and is believed to have black hair. He has various skull-related tattoos on both arms as well as tribal-style tattoos on his face.
Bruce is considered dangerous and the public is cautioned about approaching him. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
