RCMP have identified a suspect they say is responsible for more than 100 mailbox thefts.
At the time of the break-ins to the community mailboxes in La Salle, about 30 kilometres west of Winnipeg, police issued a warning to protect yourself from identity theft and advised anyone who had their mailbox targeted to contact their financial institution and the national credit reporting bureaus.
Police have issued a Manitoba wide warrant for the arrest of Cameron Douglas Boychuck. He is wanted for theft of mail and mischief.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Boychuck is asked to call RCMP at 204-888-0358
