Police in Winnipeg are looking to talk to a male in his late teens to early 20s after he allegedly exposed himself to children and attempted to engage them in inappropriate conversation.
The incidents happened on July 18, 2023, in the North and East Kildonan areas.
Investigators say that the male allegedly exposed himself to children at a park at Dogwood School. The male also approached the youth and tried to have an inappropriate conversation with them. The children ran away from the suspect and told an adult who contacted the police.
Later that same evening a second incident occurred in the Valley Gardens area. In that that incident a male was following young girls on his mountain bike and talking to them in an inappropriate way. Officers searched the area but were not able to locate the suspect.
The male is described as Indigenous, with a large build, 18 to 20 years old, wearing a grey shirt, black shorts, a thin black mustache, and black bushy hair. He was riding a black mountain bike.
