Police arrest commercial robbery suspect
Attempting to conceal his a appearance a man walked into a restaurant just after midnight on Friday March 3, 2017 and demanded all the money in the cash register. It happened in the area of Goulet St. and St Mary’s Road and the suspect was able to flee with an undisclosed amount of cash.
A few days later on March 6th the male suspect once again attempted to rob a restaurant in the Goulet and St Mary’s Rd area. He entered the establishment, again after attempting to conceal his face and demanded the cash in the til. Unfortunately for the robber several other employees were in the premises so he fled with nothing.
Police with the support of the Tactical Support Team arrived on scene but as they arrived they found out a second robber had just happened in the same area by a male matching the description of the suspect. The male also did not get any money at the second robbery.
As police investigated witnesses told officers that the suspect had entered a third location in the area. Police entered and located the suspect hiding in a washroom stall.

- Fail to Comply with Recognizance
- Warrant FTC with Recognizance
