Winnipeg Police Service investigators have charged the suspect in the December 20, 2023 Watt Street and Talbot Avenue fatal stabbing.
Police arrested the 19-year-old suspect the day after the fatal incident that claimed the life of 46-year-old Ivan Rubanik. Rubanik had been on his way to work when he was attacked by the suspect without provocation and brutally stabbed.

Ethan Richard Gladu has been charged for his alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder.
Gladu remains in custody.
