Suspect in November murder of Rig Moulebou arrested

Winnipeg Police have arrested and charged a 23-year-old male in connection to the killing of Rig Debak Moulebou.

Moulebou had been shot at a residence on Tim Sale Drive on November 4, 2019.

Investigators identified a suspect and on January 22, 2020, took him into custody.

Arnold Mbaka Nduta from Winnipeg has been charged with First Degree Murder for his alleged involvement and detained in custody.
