Police arrested and charged a 34-year-old man in connection to the death of 66-year-old Son Minh Nguyen in a Home Street apartment on September 1, 2022.
Investigators say that the victim and accused were together when an argument occurred which escalated into a serious physical assault.
Jay Peter Penner of Winnipeg has been charged for his alleged involvement with Manslaughter.
He was detained in custody
