Winnipeg Police have arrested a suspect in the murder of Dustin Cree Baker.
Baker was found by police just after 9:00 pm on November 13, 2019, after they responded to a report of suspicious circumstances.
The 21-year-old victim appeared to have been shot said police at the time.
On Friday, November 22, 2019, Homicide detectives arrested 29-year-old Khenedy Xaiyasen.
Xaiyasen has been charged with Second Degree Murder for his alleged involvement in the killing.
He was detained in custody.
