Winnipeg Police have arrested the man wanted for the killing of 44-year-old Wendell John Boulanger inside a Craig Street home on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
Issa Pa Musa was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for Second Degree Murder in connection to the killing
Police say the 27-year-old suspect was taken into custody on Monday evening, February 1, 2021.
