Police in Winnipeg have arrested and charged a 60-year-old man in connection to the August 2022 murder of 83-year-old Pajo Paul Radocaj in the 600 block of Cathedral Avenue.
Roman Deemczyszak of Winnipeg has been charged for his alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder.
He is currently detained in custody.
Investigators say the pair were not believed to have previously known each other but met through acquaintances when the victim was assaulted.
