Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit investigators have arrested and charged a 20-year-old man in connection to the shooting death of 20-year-old Ava Zabel on November 21, 2023.
Brent Jayden Meade, of Winnipeg has been charged for his alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder.
He was detained in custody.
