A 26-year-old male has been charged by Winnipeg Police Service investigators in connection to the March 23, 2022 murder of 40-year-old Prasad Biswa.
Police and emergency medical crews had responded to the 400 block of Edmonton Street around 8:30 pm after receiving a report of an assault. Biswa was taken to hospital but soon died from his injuries.
On March 25, 2022, officers in the downtown area arrested the suspect.
Police have charged Kody Terrance Joseph Pangman for his alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder, Carry Concealed Weapon and Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking.
Pangman was detained in custody.
